Mangosteen Network Analysis Files

The TPM values from all publicly available mangosteen gene expression experiments were used. First, data filtering was performed to select genes with average transcript per million (TPM) > 1 and coefficient of variation (CV) > 1. Next, WGCNA v1.70 was used in the network analysis to identify genes involved in biosynthesis of anthocyanins and xanthones.

本研究采用了所有公开可获取的山竹基因表达实验的TPM值。首先开展数据过滤操作，筛选出平均每百万转录本（Transcripts Per Million, TPM）>1且变异系数（Coefficient of Variation, CV）>1的基因。随后，使用WGCNA v1.70进行网络分析，以鉴定参与花青素与氧杂蒽酮生物合成的基因。
