This dataset includes fMRI data from 238 healthy human participants collected during a block design fMRI task during which physical and affective vicarious pain pictures as well as corresponding non-painful control pictures were presented. <br>The physical and vicarious pain GLM dataset was generated by SPM first level analysis, and the physical and vicarious pain clean dataset was generated from the preprocessed BOLD signal by regressing out motion parameters, high-pass filtering and subsequent averaging across condition-specific blocks (shifted 6s to account for HRF delay).The data is provided in fmri_data object format from the CANlab Core Tools repository for neuroimaging data analysis. 本数据集包含来自238名健康人类受试者的功能磁共振成像(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, fMRI)数据,采集于组块设计fMRI任务过程中。该任务呈现了躯体性与情感性替代性疼痛图片,以及对应的非疼痛对照图片。
躯体及替代性疼痛的一般线性模型(General Linear Model, GLM)数据集通过统计参数映射(Statistical Parametric Mapping, SPM)一级分析生成;躯体与替代性疼痛的清洁数据集则由预处理后的血氧水平依赖(Blood Oxygenation Level-Dependent, BOLD)信号生成,具体流程为:通过回归分析剔除运动参数、实施高通滤波,随后对各任务条件对应的组块数据进行平均(偏移6秒以补偿血液动力学响应函数(Hemodynamic Response Function, HRF)延迟)。
