We employed CAPP-Seq ctDNA analysis to explore resistance mechanisms in 43 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients treated with the third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) rociletinib. These are the sequencing data from preclinical models of rociletinib resistance and a empirical spike experiment to determine the sensitivity of somatic copy number alteration (SCNA) detection in plasma.
