LiTe3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two LiTe3 sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Li is bonded in a hexagonal planar geometry to six equivalent Te atoms. All Li–Te bond lengths are 3.09 Å. Te is bonded in a distorted linear geometry to two equivalent Li atoms.
三碲化锂(LiTe3)结晶于六方晶系P6₃/mmc空间群。该结构为二维结构,包含两片沿(0,0,1)方向排布的LiTe3片层。锂原子以六方平面配位构型与六个等价的碲原子成键,所有Li-Te键长均为3.09 Å。碲原子以畸变直线型配位构型与两个等价的锂原子成键。
