RNAseq of souble factors in RPE cells from Cryba1 conditional knockout (cKO) mice

The study was aimed at understanding the expression of known neutrophil regulating factors in the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells with increasing age in a mouse model (Cryba1 cKO, mice lacking gene which codes for beta A3/A1-crystallin protein only in the RPE cells) of age-related macular degeneration本研究旨在探究年龄相关性黄斑变性小鼠模型中，随年龄增长的视网膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium, RPE）细胞内已知中性粒细胞调控因子的表达水平。该模型为Cryba1条件性敲除（Cryba1 cKO）小鼠，仅在其视网膜色素上皮细胞中敲除了编码βA3/A1-晶状体蛋白的基因。
