Greater stick-nest rat pre- and post-translocation FGMs data

After validating an assay to measure faecal glucocorticoids (FGMs) in greater stick-nest rats (Leporillus conditor), we examined whether translocation caused a predictable change in stress physiology. We compared longer-term (1-5 months post-translocation) physiological responses across three source populations (remnant-wild, reintroduced-wild, captive-bred), and investigated effects of body condition and sex on FGMs.在验证了一种用于测定大筑巢鼠（Greater stick-nest rat, Leporillus conditor）粪便糖皮质激素（faecal glucocorticoids, FGMs）的检测方法后，我们探究了易地放归是否会对其应激生理产生可预测的改变。我们比较了三个来源种群（残存野生种群、再引入野生种群、人工繁育种群）在易地放归后1-5个月的长期生理响应，并分析了身体状况与性别对粪便糖皮质激素水平的影响。
