提供了一种玻璃框架结构及镶嵌玻璃的方法,将玻璃放入边框内后涂抹结构胶进行填缝,利用结构胶固定玻璃,然后再将压线置于结构胶表面,结构胶同时将压线粘合,将压线与玻璃和边框固定,形成玻璃框架结构,结构胶富有弹性,通过结构胶固定玻璃和压线,避免压线与玻璃直接接触,结构胶这一弹性体不仅能够吸震,防止玻璃震动破碎,还能降低声音能量传播,提高隔声性能,另外结构胶强度高,能承受较大荷载,耐老化、耐疲劳、耐腐蚀,通过结构胶固定玻璃和压线,使玻璃框架结构牢固可靠,使用寿命长,玻璃不易松动。
Disclosed herein are a glass frame structure and a method for installing glass. First, the glass is inserted into the frame, followed by the application of structural adhesive for joint filling to secure the glass. Next, glazing beads are placed on the surface of the structural adhesive, which simultaneously bonds the glazing beads, fixing them to both the glass and the frame to form the complete glass frame structure. The structural adhesive is elastic; using it to fix the glass and glazing beads eliminates direct contact between the glazing beads and the glass. As an elastomer, the structural adhesive can not only absorb vibrations to prevent the glass from fracturing due to oscillation, but also reduce the propagation of sound energy and improve sound insulation performance. Furthermore, the structural adhesive boasts high strength, capable of withstanding large loads, and exhibits excellent resistance to aging, fatigue and corrosion. Fixing the glass and glazing beads with this adhesive ensures the glass frame structure is firm and reliable, with a long service life, and the glass is not prone to loosening.
