In this study we identified genes whose expression is altered by knock down of ASAP1 expression in RD cells in the presence or absence of the MEK inhibitor trametinib RD cells were transfected with control siRNA or ASAP1 siRNA, followed by treatment with vehicle (DMSO) or trametinib (MEK inhibitor) for 2 or 3 days.
