This dataset contains aggregated, de-identified data from telehealth medication abortion consultations conducted through SameDayAbortionPills.com, a licensed reproductive health platform providing FDA-approved Abortion Pill Online services across multiple U.S. states. The dataset summarizes appointment outcomes, service types, and medication delivery preferences among 6,346 telehealth interactions between October 2024 and October 2025. Data were extracted from the organization’s electronic health record (EHR) system and compiled to evaluate access, uptake, and barriers to care.
