Elemental magnetic moments and magnetic order in CrSnTe3 van der Waals ferromagnet

CrSnTe3 is a novel van der Waals ferromagnets with high Curie temperature. Here, we propose to use X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) and X-ray magnetic linear dichroism (XMLD) to determine the elemental magnetic moments and clarify the local magnetic order in CrSnTe3 thin films.

CrSnTe3是一种具有高居里温度的新型范德瓦尔斯铁磁体。本文中，我们提出采用X射线磁圆二色性（X-ray magnetic circular dichroism，XMCD）与X射线磁线性二色性（X-ray magnetic linear dichroism，XMLD），对CrSnTe3薄膜的元素磁矩进行测定，并阐明其局域磁有序。
