Soil physico-chemical data and PCA axis scores

Soil physico-chemical data from 54 sites across Berlin and Brandenburg. The PCA axis scores of the three largest axes of variation within a separate environmental data set (currently embargoed). PCA axis 1 relates to urban parameters, whilst axis 2 relates to soil chemistry. Axis 3 relates to connectivity, heavy metals and pH.

柏林与勃兰登堡地区54个采样点的土壤理化数据，同时包含当前暂不公开的独立环境数据集内三个最主要变异轴的主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis, PCA）轴得分：其中主成分分析第一轴与城市参数相关，第二轴关联土壤化学特性，第三轴则对应连通性、重金属与酸碱度。
