Accident ISI

The ISI or Infrabel Safety Indicators are a tool for monitoring the evolution of railway safety and for setting internal safety objectives. They include the relevant accidents, i.e. any accident involving at least one moving railway vehicle, the consequences of which are at least one death or a seriously injured person, or relevant damage to rolling stock, track, other installations or the environment or major traffic interruptions. Accidents in workshops, warehouses and depots are excluded.

ISI（Infrabel安全指标，Infrabel Safety Indicators）是用于监测铁路安全发展态势、制定内部安全目标的工具。其涵盖的相关事故范畴为：任何涉及至少一辆移动铁路车辆的事故，且该事故造成至少一人死亡或重伤，或对铁路车辆、轨道、其他设施或环境造成相应损害，或引发重大交通中断。车间、仓库及车辆段内发生的事故不在统计范围内。
