FQMS — Fuel Quality Monitoring System 2012

In accordance with the Fuel Quality Directive, compliance with environmental quality standards for fuels is reviewed and reported annually as part of the Fuel Quality Monitoring System. Since 2003, the Federal Environment Agency has carried out these quality controls in Austria. In 2012, around 7.8 million tonnes of fuel were sold in Austria, some 6.1 million tonnes of which were diesel fuels. In order to check the quality of the fuels, a total of 206 samples were taken throughout Germany at 206 service stations. Diesel fuel has been tested for compliance with ON EN 590, petrol for ON EN 228 compliance. A total of four deviations from the established standard parameters were found; an exceedance of the maximum vapour pressure for normal and super gasoline and two of the permitted biodiesel content for diesel fuels.根据《燃料质量指令》（Fuel Quality Directive），作为燃料质量监测系统的组成部分，燃料环境质量标准的合规性需每年开展审核并提交合规报告。自2003年起，奥地利联邦环境署（Federal Environment Agency）负责在奥地利境内执行此类燃料质量管控工作。2012年，奥地利境内燃料总销量约780万吨，其中柴油燃料销量约610万吨。为核查燃料质量，本次监测在德国全境206座加油站共采集206份燃料样本。柴油燃料依据ON EN 590标准进行合规性检测，汽油则依据ON EN 228标准开展合规性检测。本次监测共检出4项不符合既定标准参数的问题：普通汽油与高级汽油的最大蒸气压均出现超标情况，柴油燃料的生物柴油含量存在2项超出许可限值的问题。
