Species assembly and responses in alpine plant communities with different regional species pools

Compressed folder contains two datasets. One for the Pyrenees (Eurosiberian mountain) and another for Guadarrama (Mediterranean mountain). Each dataset contains 4 sheets. Community: species cover (in proportion) in plots (and subplots). Plots are located throughout an elevation gradient. Traits of each species. In this work we will only use SLA (mm2/mg), leaf thickness (microm) and vegetative height (cm). Environment, covariates of plots and subplots. In this work we will use elevation (m), radiation (Gandullo coefficient), total nitrogent content in soil samples (mg/g). Phylogeny matrix of species phylogenetic correlation accoridng to V.PhyloMarker and the GBOTB extended tree. Distance across plots (in Km). The folder also contains scripts for data analyses and results. Within data analyses the stan model is created.
