Root sequencing from nursery seedlings with fertiliser and fungicide amendment

This study used 8 month old Pinus sp. seedlings from a nursery site to explore the effects of fertiliser and fungicide amendment on the fungal community composition on the seedlings roots. High throughput sequencing of the ITS rRNA was used to compare different Pinus sp. and treatment effects on seedling growth and the fungal community compositions for each treatment.
