Southwick Masterplan

The purpose of this Masterplan is to ensure that the Local Planning Authority has sufficient information on which to make a decision on the key design principles of the Central Southwick development and once the masterplan has been endorsed by the City Council’s Cabinet, to formally adopt the document as Interim Planning Policy.本总体规划（Masterplan）的制定目的，在于确保地方规划主管部门拥有充足信息，可对中南威克开发项目的核心设计原则作出决策；待该总体规划获市议会内阁审议通过后，正式将本文件采纳为临时规划政策（Interim Planning Policy）。
