The Whole Genome Sequences (WGS) of Monilinia fructigena Mfg5-SP-A considered to be exotic pathogen category was sequenced using PacBio and the Illumina platforms. The Pac Bio reads were assembled into contigs using Canu assembler and polished to improve the quality of bases with both technology (Illumina and PacBio) with read data with PILON (hybrid correction/polish) and developed the scaffold using Pacbio and Illumina assembly.
