Application — Public Dams

Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree No 50 of 7 March 2008 (Rules implementing the Special Statute of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta/Vallée d’Aoste on dams), which transferred to the Region the technical and administrative functions relating to dams which do not exceed 15 metres in height and which lead to an overrun of less than 1 000 000 cubic metres, Regional Law No 13 of 29 March 2010 on ‘Provisions on retention barriers and associated catchment areas of regional competence’ was approved.2008年3月7日第50号立法法令（《实施瓦莱达奥斯塔自治大区（Valle d’Aosta/Vallée d’Aoste）大坝特别章程的规则》）生效后，该法令将坝高不超过15米、溢洪量低于100万立方米的大坝相关技术与行政职能移交至该自治大区。随后，2010年3月29日第13号区域法律《关于区域管辖范围内的拦河坝及相关集水区的规定》获得批准。
