Southern Surveyor Voyage SS2011_T04 Multibeam Echosounder Data

Multibeam echosounder data collected on Southern Surveyor voyage SS2011_T04 using the Simrad EM300 multibeam echosounder to acquire high resolution seafloor bathymetry and backscatter information. This voyage took place along the southern coast of Australia, from Fremantle to Hobart during November 2011, roughly following the 1000-metre contour. Ping rate varied according to depth. Data are stored in Simrad *.all raw format at CMAR and Geoscience Australia (GA). There are 230 files totalling 2.4 Gb of raw data in this dataset. 本数据集采用Simrad EM300多波束测深声呐（Multibeam Echosounder），在“南方探索者号”（Southern Surveyor）科考航次SS2011_T04期间采集，用于获取高分辨率海底水深地形与背散射强度信息。该航次于2011年11月沿澳大利亚南部海岸开展，航线从弗里曼特尔（Fremantle）至霍巴特（Hobart），大致沿1000米等深线布设。声呐脉冲发射率随水深变化。数据以Simrad *.all原始格式存储于CMAR及澳大利亚地质调查局（Geoscience Australia, GA）。本数据集共计230个文件，总原始数据量达2.4 Gb。有关本数据集的补充信息可参见本次航次的航次报告及/或数据处理报告（如有提供）。
