The PPRIs were approved by prefectural decree.

The RPRI is a regulatory document designed to improve the safety of people and property from flood risk. As a priority, it aims not to increase risks and to reduce vulnerability in the perimeters it covers, both from the point of view of future urbanisation and the construction and use of the territory.

The reference phenomenon chosen is that of the centennial flood and expressed in the French altimeter reference system in NGF IGN 69.
The odds of the centennial flood are shown on the hazard map.
The constructibility rating of the centennial flood corresponds to the reference rating shown on the regulatory map. According to the regulations of each RIP, the reference rating is the 100-year flood plus + 30 cm.

防洪风险防护规划（RPRI）是旨在提升人员与财产抵御洪涝风险安全性的规范性文件。其核心优先级为不新增风险，并从未来城市化、国土开发与利用的维度，降低其覆盖区域的脆弱性。
本次选取的参考洪涝现象为百年一遇洪水，其高程采用法国高程基准NGF IGN 69表述。百年一遇洪水的发生概率标注于洪涝风险地图。百年一遇洪水的可建性评级对应规范性地图上的参考评级。根据各RIP的相关规程，该参考评级为百年一遇洪水水位加高30厘米。
