Polyphenol standards and wines

Fluorescence Excitation-Emission matrices of raw data (EEM_polymerization.mat) and preprocessed data (EEM_preprocessed_polymerization.mat). UV-vis data have also been included (UVVIS_polymerization.mat). All raw txt-files from the instrument has been added as a zip-file (EEM_raw.zip). Please read the ReadMe.txt file for more information.
