人體器官保存庫許可資料集

以移植為目的，從事人體器官(含人體組織、細胞)及其衍生物之處理或保存，應依人體器官保存庫管理辦法申請設置人體器官保存庫(簡稱保存庫)。機構依規定進行申請後，經本署文件審查及實地履勘核可者，得人體器官保存庫設置許可，名單將依流程公告於網路。

For the purpose of organ transplantation, any entity engaged in the processing or preservation of human organs (including human tissues, cells) and their derivatives shall apply for the establishment of a human organ preservation bank (hereinafter referred to as "preservation bank") in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Human Organ Preservation Banks. After submitting the application in accordance with relevant regulations, entities that have passed the document review and on-site inspection and verification by this Agency shall obtain the license for the establishment of a human organ preservation bank, and the approved list will be announced on the website in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
