Data Analysis Report on Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) Gene-Drug and Disease Associations. This report is based on data sources including the PharmGKB database, PubMed database, NICE and NGC databases, as well as the official websites of FDA and NMPA. By employing methods such as manual screening, data entry, dual review and proofreading, data from approximately 6,000 published papers were comprehensively analyzed. The report presents the association information between HLA genes and drug efficacy or adverse drug reactions, as well as the impacts of different HLA alleles on various diseases including autoimmune diseases, viral infectious diseases, tumors or cancers, and transplantation-related conditions.
