INSPIRE theme Cadastral Parcels Extended (CPX)

The extension targets on providing full cadastral map as defined in Cadastral Public Note in the form of vectror data in the structure fully conform to the INSPIRE Directive and Implementing Rules. The data extends the INSPIRE Data Specification for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) for easements, geodetic points, other features, original geometry and analogue cadastral parcels (those in the areas with analogue map only). It originates in the cadastral map that is a binding national map series at large scale, contains points of horizontal geodetic control, planimetric component and map lettering and can be maintained in the form of digital map, analogue map or digitized map. The data published in the frame of this product contain cadastral districts (for the whole Czech Republic), parcels, their boundaries, easements, other features, geodetic points and original geometries from the territory where the digital map occures (to the 2019-01-28 it is 96.25% of the Czech territory, i.e. 75 913.13km2) and analogue cadastral parcels in the areas with analogue map, containing only reference points as geometry. Data in the GML 3.2.1 fotrmat are valid against XML Definition Schema for the Cadastral Parcels Extended in version 4.0.本数据集扩展项旨在提供符合《地籍公告》（Cadastral Public Note）定义的完整地籍图，采用矢量数据（vector data）格式，其数据结构完全符合《INSPIRE指令》（INSPIRE Directive）及其实施细则（Implementing Rules）。该数据针对地役权（easements）、大地测量点（geodetic points）、其他要素、原始几何图形以及仅采用模拟地图的区域内的模拟地籍宗地（analogue cadastral parcels），对《INSPIRE地籍宗地（CP）数据规范》（INSPIRE Data Specification for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP)）进行了扩展。其源数据为具有法定约束力的国家大比例尺地图系列地籍图，包含水平大地控制点（points of horizontal geodetic control）、平面要素（planimetric component）与地图注记（map lettering），可采用数字地图（digital map）、模拟地图（analogue map）或数字化地图（digitized map）形式进行维护。本产品框架下发布的数据涵盖捷克全境的地籍区（cadastral districts）、宗地（parcels）及其边界、地役权、其他要素、大地测量点，以及存在数字地图的领土范围内的原始几何图形（截至2019年1月28日，该范围覆盖捷克96.25%的领土，即75913.13平方千米），同时包含仅采用模拟地图的区域内的模拟地籍宗地，这类宗地仅以参考点作为几何形态。更多细节可参阅经修订的《1992年第344号地籍法（法律汇编）》（Cadastral Law 344/1992 Coll.）、《2007年第26号地籍公告（法律汇编）》（Cadastral Public Note No. 26/2007 Coll.）以及《INSPIRE地籍宗地数据规范v3.0.1》（INSPIRE Data Specification on Cadastral Parcels v 3.0.1）。本数据集采用地理标记语言3.2.1（GML 3.2.1）格式，其有效性符合4.0版《扩展地籍宗地XML定义模式》（XML Definition Schema for the Cadastral Parcels Extended in version 4.0）的校验要求。
