川西高原两栖类代表物种数据集（2023）

为描述川西高原两栖类代表物种遗传多样性分布格局，厘清遗传背景，建立相应的物种分布及遗传资源库。2023年在川西高原共采集415份四川湍蛙、棕点湍蛙、崇安湍蛙、棘腹蛙、沙坪角蟾、疣刺齿蟾、峨眉树蛙、斑腿树蛙、宝兴树蛙、无指盘臭蛙、绿臭蛙等物种标本。本数据集包含1个标本信息表和873张照片。信息表包含物种详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本信息，以excel表形式存储。照片包括851张标本照、16张生境照、6张工作照。照片，以jpg格式存储。

To describe the distribution pattern of genetic diversity of representative amphibian species in the Western Sichuan Plateau, clarify their genetic backgrounds, and establish corresponding species distribution and genetic resource repositories, a total of 415 specimens of species including Sichuan Torrent Frog, Brown-spotted Torrent Frog, Chong'an Torrent Frog, Spiny-bellied Frog, Shaping Horned Toad, Wart-spined Toothed Toad, Emei Tree Frog, Spot-legged Tree Frog, Baoxing Tree Frog, No-discal Odorous Frog, Green Odorous Frog and other related species were collected from the Western Sichuan Plateau in 2023. This dataset includes 1 specimen information table and 873 photographs. The information table stores basic metadata such as detailed sampling locations, sample types, collection dates, collectors and preservation methods, and is stored in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. The photographs consist of 851 specimen photos, 16 habitat photos and 6 fieldwork photos, all stored in JPG format.
