Additional file 1. Collected traditional Siamese pedigree data. Pseudonymized version (December 2018). Breeds are recoded using the EMS abbreviations. Unfortunately, the country of origin is registered together with the pedigree name. This information gets lost upon recoding pedigree names to numeric data.
