Functional characterization of LINC01876 in human fbNPCs and neural organoids using CRISPRi. Overall design: To characterize the effect of LINC01876, we set up CRISPR inhibition of LINC01876 in human fbNPCs. Our results show that this lncRNA regulates the expression of genes related to development. To functionally study the developmental relevance of LINC01876, we grew neural organoids with CRISPR-mediated LINC01876 inhibition and performed 10x single nuclei RNAseq.
