Development Trends Along Transit (DTAT) Permits

This Metropolitan Council dataset provides transparent public access to the same data processed for the annual Development Trends Along Transit (DTAT) Report. These permits have been classified by high frequency fixed route transitway, based on the permit year and transitway’s active date. Consistent with DTAT methodology, the permit points can further be viewed by graduated symbols based on permit value to reveal development patterns near high frequency transit.
