资源简介:
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide, especially in northeastern Asian countries. In China, over 85% of gastric cancer patients are in an advanced stage. In this study, 144 samples comprising paired blood and tissue from 36 chinese patients with gastric cancer were subjected to a targeting sequencing panel for investigating mutations status in both tumor samples and ctDNA of 38 oncogenes. This project evaluated the feasibility and prognostic significance of ctDNA detection in gastric cancer patients.Hence, ctDNA may serve as a potential tool to replace conventional tumor biopsy and to evaluate tumor burden and prognosis of resectable gastric cancer patients
