This dataset contains multi-omics data related to Rab31 function in platelets, including RNA-seq, proteomics, and phosphoproteomics analyses. Specifically: 1. RNAsequencing data – Transcriptomic profiling of WT and Rab31-deficient platelets to identify gene expression changes associated with Rab31 deletion. 2. Proteomics data – Quantitative proteomic analysis of platelet samples from WT and Rab31 deficient mice, providing a global view of protein abundance changes. 3. Phosphoproteomics data – Phosphopeptide-enriched quantitative analysis of platelet samples from WT and Rab31 deficient mice, identifying phosphorylation events and downstream signaling alterations. All files are provided in Excel format, with clear annotations for sample type. The datasets support the findings described in the associated publication and are intended for reuse, reanalysis, or integration with other datasets.
