以刀具涂层TiAIN、TiN、TiC、Al2O3,刀具基体硬质合金2210、M10,P10,高温合金GH4169和淬硬钢H13为例,在连续车削与断续铣削过程中,揭示刀具涂层厚度刀具涂层、刀具基体和工件热物理性能、断续铣削加工速度对于刀-屑热量分配的耦合影响机制,指导调控涂层刀具几何性能参数以控制刀-热量的分配。

Taking tool coatings TiAIN, TiN, TiC, Al2O3, cemented carbide tool substrates 2210, M10, P10, superalloy GH4169 and hardened steel H13 as examples, this study elucidates the coupled influencing mechanism of tool coating thickness, tool substrates, thermophysical properties of workpieces and intermittent milling cutting speed on tool-chip heat distribution during continuous turning and intermittent milling processes, to guide the regulation of geometric performance parameters of coated tools for controlling tool-chip heat distribution.
