EFFECT OF "ASATAQOV" AND "ASQOV-1" BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FOOD SUPPLEMENTS ON PERINATAL ENCEPHALOPATHY IN CHILDREN

This article presents a quantitative analysis of water-soluble vitamins contained in the food supplements “Asataqov” and “Asqov-1”, their biological significance, and their effects on the nervous system. The vitamin content was determined using a chromatographic method, and their concentrations per 100 g of sample were calculated. The “Asqov-1” supplement was found to contain higher levels of thiamine (B₁), riboflavin (B₂), and niacin (B₃, PP), whereas the “Asataqov” extract showed higher levels of pyridoxine (B₆), folic acid (B₉), and ascorbic acid (C). The role of these vitamins in nervous system function, energy metabolism, and reduction of oxidative stress was analyzed. The results indicate that these supplements are beneficial as natural sources of vitamins.
