Epistasis Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI_VER)

This is a data set of epistatic effects of pairs of SNPs on change in ventricle volume, detected in ADNI consortium patients. It is computed based on genotyping and longitudinal brain imaging data that were downloaded from the ADNI database provided by the ADNI consortium.
