The dataset includes images of hake fish steaks on an industrial conveyor belt recorded with a Realsense D456 camera. The dataset also includes instance segmentation annotations in YOLO format, BAG files for two quality grades of fish steaks (A and B), and a trained segmentation model for segmenting fish samples. The annotations follow the YOLO instance segmentation format and the dataset can be loaded and displayed using the provided code snippet. The dataset is licensed under cc-by-nc-4.0 and includes train and valid splits with a total of 103 examples.
