The DataSet contains the confocal microscope images of morphology evolution of vanadium pentaoxide nanostructures on quartz glass obtained by annealing as-prepared films at 500C and 600C under synthetic air. An Olympus LEXT OLS4000 confocal scanning laser microscope (CSLM, Olympus Life Science, Hamburg, Germany ) was used to examine the morphology of as-quenched surfaces and polished surfaces of samples. 3D color images were obtained using a 405 nm laser and photomultiplier detector with the maximum obtained optical magnification of 2160x. These results are part of a project defined in the Journal of Nanomaterials. In this paper, information about as-prepared film preparation is reported.
本数据集包含石英玻璃基底上五氧化二钒(vanadium pentaoxide)纳米结构形貌演化的共聚焦显微镜图像,此类图像通过将制备态薄膜于合成空气氛围下分别在500℃与600℃退火制得。实验采用德国汉堡奥林巴斯生命科学公司生产的奥林巴斯LEXT OLS4000共聚焦扫描激光显微镜(Confocal Scanning Laser Microscope,缩写CSLM),对样品的淬火态表面与抛光表面的形貌进行表征。该设备搭载405 nm激光与光电倍增管探测器,可获取三维彩色图像,最大光学放大倍率可达2160倍。本数据集的相关成果隶属于发表于《Journal of Nanomaterials》(纳米材料期刊)的一项研究课题,该论文报道了制备态薄膜的相关制备信息。
