资源简介:
In order to analyze the role and mechanism of intestinal microbes in regulating the low-temperature adaptive evolution of Pomacea canaliculate, metagenomic and metabolomic analyses were carried out in the tropical and temperate populations of Pomacea canaliculate. The metagenomic results showed that the structure and composition of the intestinal microbial community in Pomacea canaliculate changed significantly. The results of metabolome showed that the characteristics of intestinal Microbial metabolism in Pomacea canaliculate were significantly different in different temperature zones. Compared with the tropical group, the intestinal microbial energy metabolism and protein synthesis in the temperate group were significantly increased. The results showed that in order to adapt to low temperature stress, the intestinal microflora of Pomacea canaliculate had significant adaptation changes in community structure and metabolic function.
