Virulence genes (VFDB)

Results of virulence genes –assemblies’ screening- using Abricate v1.0.1 and VFDB database (downloaded last 03-27-2023) for 98 CA-MRSA isolates causing infections in children in Spain.

本数据集为使用Abricate v1.0.1软件与毒力因子数据库（Virulence Factors Database，简称VFDB，于2023年3月27日下载），对98株引发西班牙儿童感染的社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Community-Acquired Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus，简称CA-MRSA）分离株的基因组组装序列开展毒力基因筛选后得到的结果。
