In isolated cardiac defect cases, we tested 835 DMRs (Supplementary Table 5). In non-isolated cardiac defects, we tested 711 DMRs (Supplementary Table 6). After combining isolated and non-isolated cardiac defect cases, we identified global hypomethylation alteration, at a genome-wide level, with 1186 DMRs (Supplementary Table 7) compared to those in control samples.<br><br>
针对孤立性心脏缺损病例,我们对835个差异甲基化区域(Differentially Methylated Region,DMR)开展了检测,相关结果详见补充表5。
针对非孤立性心脏缺损病例,我们对711个DMR进行了检测,相关结果详见补充表6。
在将孤立性与非孤立性心脏缺损病例合并分析后,我们在全基因组层面鉴定出相较于对照样本、包含1186个DMR的全局低甲基化改变,相关结果详见补充表7。
