WMS service of the development plan “Schonisweiler-/Liebfrauenstraße” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan area is partly superimposed by the development plan 146.II, which is not yet legally strong, but partly leading to the material maturity of the plan, “Renovation Area VI, Part II (Burachstraße — Liebfrauenstraße)”. With regard to the admissibility or licensing of retail or entertainment venues, a strategic development plan may need to be observed or reference is made to the currently valid retail concept or the currently valid amusement site concept of the city of Weingarten.基于XPlanung 5.0的魏因加滕镇（Weingarten）「Schonisweiler-/Liebfrauenstraße」开发方案WMS服务。说明：该开发方案的用地范围部分与尚未具备法律效力的开发方案146.II存在重叠，该重叠部分可推动《翻新区域VI 第二部分（Burachstraße—Liebfrauenstraße）》方案的实质成熟。针对零售或娱乐场所的准入许可事项，需遵循魏因加滕市现行有效的零售业态规划方案，或参考其现行有效的娱乐场所规划方案。
