CYP3A activity in patients with systemic sclerosis before and after Fecal Microbiota Transplantation

Gut metagenome data from 22 patients with systemic sclerosis (indicated by R in sample name) and 15 healthy individuals (C in sample name), based on deep shotgun sequencing of fecal samples. Patient samples were collected in connection to fecal microbiota transplantation (indicated by FMT in sample name) or placebo at weeks 0, 2 and 12 (time point is indicated in sample name).
