Data and code for Peer Review for: Forest proximity and habitat heterogeneity supports insectivorous birds and arthropods in California vineyards

This Zenodo archive contains the data and R scripts supporting the manuscript Forest proximity and habitat heterogeneity supports insectivorous birds and arthropods in California vineyards. It includes an avian point count dataset, yellow sticky card arthropod sampling dataset, and local and landscape habitat covariates. R scripts provide the complete code to fit multi-species Bayesian N-mixture models for insectivorous birds, full additive Bayesian GLMMs for arthropod order- and size-class abundances and order-level diversity in JAGS, and candidate piecewise structural equation models (SEMs) evaluating multi-trophic prey mediation pathways.
