To gain an understanding of lncRNA-ACOD activity, we performed transcriptome analysis with microarray using liver tissues from mice with or without VSV for 12 hrs. Overall design: We preformed our transcriptome microarray analysis (GENE 1.0, Affymetix) in lncRNA-ACOD1-/- and lncRNA-ACOD1+/+ liver tissues from mice infected with or without VSV for 12 hrs.
