B. pseudomalleiis is a Gram-negative, aerobic, motile rod-shaped bacterium which is capable of infecting many species such as human and other animals. Melioidosis is a serious infectious disease of humans caused by Burkholderia pseudomallei and be responsible for up to 20% of deaths due to septicemia. So the B. pseudomalleiis genome is significance of clinical diagnosis in melioidosis. The clinical samples were isolated from patient and sequencing through ROCH 454 and illumina GAII platform. Two complete circular chromosome with less gaps were obtained after random primer validation.
