Output files of RepeatModeler2

Output files (fasta file and stk file) of RepeatModeler2.Out files of family consensus files of transposable elements by RepeatMolder2. {abbreviaision of <i>Apis </i>species}.fa and {abbreviaision of<i> Apis </i>species}.stk contain consensus sequences with meta data describing transposable element families. Nomenclature of them is shown in Storer et al., 2021 (DOI: 10.1186/s13100-020-00230-y).

本数据集包含RepeatModeler2的输出文件，具体为FASTA格式文件与STK格式文件。其中，由RepeatModeler2生成的转座因子（transposable elements）家族一致性序列文件为：{蜜蜂属（Apis）物种缩写}.fa 与 {蜜蜂属（Apis）物种缩写}.stk。上述文件存储带有元数据的一致性序列，该元数据用于描述转座因子家族的相关信息。该数据集的命名规范详见Storer等于2021年发表的研究（DOI: 10.1186/s13100-020-00230-y）。
