A dataset of 41 Avian influenza H5 subtype viruses isolated from avian species, China 2021–2022.

In our current study, we isolated a total of 41 strains of H5 AIVs, including 13 strains of H5N1, 19 strains of H5N6 and 9 strains of H5N8, all belonging to clade 2.3.4.4b.

本研究中共分离得到41株H5亚型禽流感病毒（H5 avian influenza viruses，H5 AIVs），其中包含13株H5N1亚型、19株H5N6亚型及9株H5N8亚型毒株，所有毒株均属于进化分支2.3.4.4b。
