资源简介:
Epicoccum mackenziei Jayasiri, Camporesi & K. D. Hyde is a pathogenic fungus first described in 2017. Tea is grown on a very large scale in Guizhou Province, southwestern China, with a cultivated area of 350,000 hectares in 2017, ranking it first among all the provinces or municipalities in China. The dark brown tea leaf spot caused by Epicoccum mackenziei occurred at Sinan County and Shiqian County, in Guizhou Province, by our research group. This comprehensive gene expression profiling study of tea leaves infected by this fungal pathogen can provide a valuable resource for future research on identification of the host genes associated with the response to pathogen challenge, and ultimately with disease resistance in the host.
