Primary cilia regulate hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell specification through Notch signaling in zebrafish

Dissected trunk region of wild-type embryos and fsd1 morphant at 26 hpf were collected for extracting RNAs. The RNAs were then reversely transcribed and amplified cDNA were sequenced on a BGISEQ-500 in Beijing Genomic Institution.

收集26小时受精后（hours post fertilization，hpf）的野生型胚胎与fsd1基因敲低胚胎（fsd1 morphant）的解剖分离躯干区域，用于RNA提取。将提取的RNA进行反转录，扩增得到的cDNA通过BGISEQ-500测序平台于北京基因组研究所完成测序。
