Transitional native vegetation regulatory (NVR) map - land excluded from the LLS Act

The transitional NVR map - land excluded from the LLS Act layer is a component of the transitional NVR map. The transitional NVR map was prepared by Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) under Part 5A of the Local Land Services Act 2013 (LLS Act) and supporting Local Land Services Regulation 2014.\r\n\r\nSection 60A of the Local Land Service Act 2013 (LLS Act) identifies land where the regulatory framework for native vegetation clearing in rural areas does not apply. \r\nThis land is mapped as Land Excluded from the LLS Act on the transitional NVR map.\r\n\r\nThe 2022 annual review of the transitional NVR map was published on 23 March 2022. Please read below for details of land types included in the transitional NVR map - land excluded from the LLS Act layer and changes occurring as a result of the 2022 Annual Review. 《2013年本地土地服务法》第60A条明确了农村地区原生植被清理监管框架不适用的土地范围，此类土地在过渡性NVR地图中被标注为"排除LLS法适用范围的土地"。

依据《本地土地服务法》第60A条所列的"排除LLS法适用范围的土地"包括：

- 依据《2017年州环境规划政策（非农村地区植被）》划定的城市区域，涵盖33个地方政府管辖区，以及依据《1979年环境规划与评估法》划定的22个指定地方环境规划区域。
- 国家公园园区及其他保护区域
- 州属林业用地
- 王室保留地；依据《1989年王室土地法》划定或预留的土地
- 依据《1977年遗产法》下达的临时遗产保护令或列入州遗产名录的土地
- 豪勋爵岛

2021年度评审带来的过渡性NVR地图"排除LLS法适用范围的土地"图层变更包括：

- 环境规划文书（Environmental Planning Instrument，简称EPI）土地分区：因部分地方政府管辖区的土地分区调整，更新了"排除LLS法适用范围的土地"范围。

- 国家公园、州属森林及王室土地保有区：因国家公园、州属森林及王室土地保有区的范围调整，更新了"排除LLS法适用范围的土地"范围。
