RAMP and EJ Datasets

This project contains two datasets as described below:<br><b>RebeccaQuery20190123</b>: has hourly averaged RAMP data for all sites specified by site LOCATION (not specific RAMP) from April 2017 through May 2018. For each numbered site thre is CO, SO2, NO2, and PM2.5 data, not all columns for each numbered site are available for all the times. Data is only included when available, this is data corrected into concentration values (ppb for gases, ug/m^3 for PM2.5).<br><b>EJ spreadsheet</b>: all 42 sites, hours of sampling by RAMPS, latitude, longitude, % of the population in the census block belonging to a minority group, % of the population living below the poverty line (column name: "%poor"), mean PM2.5 at the site, standard deviation of PM2.5 measurements, median PM2.5 measurement at the site, and same information (mean, standard devaition, and median) for NO2 at each site.

本项目包含如下所述的两个数据集：
**RebeccaQuery20190123**：涵盖2017年4月至2018年5月期间，所有由站点位置（LOCATION，而非特定RAMP）指定的站点的每小时平均RAMP数据。每个编号站点均包含一氧化碳（CO）、二氧化硫（SO2）、二氧化氮（NO2）与PM2.5的相关数据，但并非每个编号站点的所有列在所有时段均可用。仅收录可用数据，所有数据均已校正为标准浓度值：气体污染物单位为ppb，PM2.5单位为μg/m³。
**EJ电子表格（EJ spreadsheet）**：包含全部42个站点的如下信息：各站点通过RAMP开展采样的小时数、纬度、经度、普查区块内少数族裔人口占比、生活在贫困线以下的人口占比（列名为"%poor"）、站点处PM2.5的均值、PM2.5测量值的标准差、站点处PM2.5测量的中位数，以及各站点二氧化氮（NO2）的对应统计信息（均值、标准差与中位数）。
