资源简介:
A large part of liver cancer is caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. In recent years, more and more reports have proved that circular RNAs (circRNAs) has a regulatory effect on the development of cancers, but the role of circRNAs in HBV-positive liver cancer needs to be further studied. In this study, the abnormally expressed circRNAs in two HBV-positive liver cancer cells compared to another two HBV-negative liver cancer cell lines were identified through microarray analysis. This study provides a comprehensively circRNA expression profiling in HBV-positive liver cancer cells, which is meaning for the mechanism study of circRNAs in HBV-related liver cancer. Sino Human ceRNA array V3.0. was used to identify dysregulated RNA in two HBV-positive liver cancer cells (HepG2.2.15 and Hep3B) and two HBV-negative liver cancer cell lines (HepG2 and Huh7). Subsequently, RNA was labeled and hybridized. Agilent Feature Extraction software was used to analyze acquired array images. Quantile normalization and subsequent data processing were performed using the R software package. Abnormally expressed RNAs were screened under the threshold of fold change absolute: FC (abs) ≥2. Finally, circRNA data was extracted from all the data.
